BI Product Team Manager

Context and missions
The MX.3 Viewer is the primary interactive data analysis screen for Front Office (Trading) and Risk users. It is also used as an interactive data control screen in other functional modules of the application. With the growing importance of User eXperience and Data Visualization (on increasing volumes of data), the MX.3 Viewer has become a critical component of MX.3.
The interest in mobile Interfaces has set new opportunities as well as a new set of challenges. The MX.3 Viewer is the MX.3 Business Intelligence component. Its purpose is to shape, consolidate and represent live data as dynamic pivot tables and/or visual charts combined into rich dashboards. The different visualization modes and formatting features offered by the Viewer make the data analysis and the interaction with the system more efficient and optimize the decision making process.
As the MX.3 Viewer Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met and that the product contributes the company's overall vision.
As the Viewer Product Manager, you will:
-Contribute to the product strategy and define the product roadmap
-Perform competitive analysis
-Gather and prioritize requirements
-Arbitrate between corrective maintenance and evolution
-Coordinate the work with engineering
-Participate actively to the product design (UX, Functionalities, Non-Functional Requirements)
-Work with the quality control department
-Drive beta and pilot programs
-Work closely with sales and marketing, publish marketing release notes
-Work closely with Client Services teams (Professional Services, Support) to obtain feedback and evangelize the product and its roadmap
-Design and deliver product demonstrations to customers
As a team manager, you will:
-Manage a team (team goals, development goals, business goals)
-Inspire, coach, motivate team members
-Review the performance of staff, provide effective feedback, identify training needs
-7+ years of experience in software development.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
-Demonstrated success in designing, developing and delivering products
-Skills in UX and Interaction Design
-Able to work on technical and architectural aspects of the product, and interact with technical minded people
-Would be a plus: Experience in BI, Experience in Agile processes
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without hierarchical authority
